Keepwarm Studio was born from a love of beautiful flowers, the natural world & a passion for art.
Cristy Vercoe is a mum of four, Sydney-based artist and designer who works primarily in watercolour and acrylic. Throughout her career, she has explored a wide range of creative avenues, including large murals, invitations, business logos and elaborate designs for her children’s book week costumes.
In 2021, during the global lockdown, Cristy founded Keepwarm Studio as a platform to share her personal artwork. The studio’s name comes from a cherished phrase she shared with her husband while they were dating — instead of saying goodbye, they would tell each other “keepwarm,” a reflection of the warmth and care that continue to inspire her work.
Cristy’s art is inspired by nature, travel and the small details of everyday life. She creates pieces that are colourful, uplifting and designed to bring a sense of happiness into people’s homes. Her goal is simple: to make art that feels joyful, approachable and easy to connect with.
